As needed, Sara Bly Consulting will bring together a group of colleagues to work collaboratively, incorporating practice in ethnography, contextual inquiry, grounded theory, participatory design, cognitive analysis, information and interaction design and analysis. This includes methods such as surveys and interviews and unobtrusive observations, critical evaluation of existing systems and situations, simulated walkthroughs of proposed redesigns, brainstorming, and focus groups.
