Our studies encompass a wide range of methodologies to inform the design of systems, organizations, and technologies throughout the early conceptual stages, iterative design stages, evaluation stages, and deployment stages.

Methodologies include fieldwork, observations, in-depth interviews, usability studies, laboratory designed experiences, Web questionnaires, and diary studies (e.g. day-in-the-life, camera studies).

We work with clients closely to ensure a shared understanding of goals and results. The work is iterative, learning from each phase and using that learning as grounding to inform the next steps.
